Roxanne Summers, Licensed Esthetician
Roxanne has been helping clients feel more confident in their skin for the past three years, and her passion for esthetics is deeply personal. Having struggled with acne herself, she understands how much skin can impact day-to-day life. That experience drives her to provide care that’s not only effective but also compassionate and supportive.
Her specialties include DiamondGlow treatments and laser hair removal. She loves how DiamondGlow instantly refreshes and revitalizes her clients’ skin, leaving results that last for weeks. She also finds laser hair removal to be transformative, especially for those who have struggled with unwanted hair and are looking for a long-term solution.
Roxanne’s go-to skincare brands are SkinBetter Science and Alastin, trusted for their science-backed results and consistent client satisfaction. She keeps up with the latest in skincare by networking with other estheticians and following industry trends on social media, where she’s inspired by new techniques and shared experiences.
Her skincare philosophy? “Less is more.” Roxanne often reminds clients that consistency with a few high-quality products can be more effective than overwhelming routines. Her number one tip is simple but essential: never skip sunscreen. Not only does it protect against aging, but it also helps prevent skin cancer, making it a true non-negotiable.
Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherds, Piper and Schatzi, who always brighten her day when she comes home. For her, aesthetics is about more than skincare, it’s about giving people the confidence to live their lives to the fullest.
Felicia Albaceli, Licensed Esthetician
Licensed since 2002, Paris has been passionate about skincare for as long as she can remember. Inspired by her mom, an esthetician and educator, she learned early on that healthy skin is about more than appearance; it’s about confidence and self-care.
Paris specializes in advanced treatments including laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, IPL, and resurfacing lasers. Each service is tailored to meet her clients’ unique needs, but if she had to pick a favorite, it would be IPL. “I love when a client tells me they can finally leave the house without feeling the need to cover sun damage with heavy makeup,” she says.
She stays at the forefront of the industry by constantly researching new products and techniques. “Skincare changes quickly. It’s important to stay one step ahead so I can answer my clients’ questions and guide them through all the information they see online.” Her go-to professional product lines include Alastin and SkinBetter Science, she never goes a day without her Alastin Hydratint.
Her best skincare advice? “Don’t forget your neck, chest, and hands. These often-overlooked areas face the same sun and environmental exposure as your face and deserve just as much attention.”
When it comes to her own self-care, Paris focuses on keeping her dry skin healthy with regular exfoliation, using Alastin’s Resurface Skin Polish at home, and treating herself to monthly HydraFacials. She also swears by the basics: “Cleanse, treat, prevent, protect, and never skip sunscreen.”

Erin Butler, Aesthetic Coordinator
Erin has been part of the Ferrara Dermatology team for almost 10 years, bringing her passion for health, wellness, and skincare to everything she does. She brings her background in Health & Wellness from Oakland University into the important role of Aesthetic Coordinator, where she helps guide patients through their skincare journey with care and expertise.
She especially loves helping clients understand ingredients and products, showing them how to build routines that truly work for their skin. “Each of our skin is different, so it’s important to not treat our patients with a one-size-fits-all approach. Understanding an individual’s skin type and skin goals are crucial to developing a product plan.”
Erin’s approachable style and in-depth knowledge make her a trusted resource for anyone looking to achieve healthy, radiant results. Additionally, Erin passionately supports the marketing efforts of the practice by bringing creative and thoughtful solutions to better educating patients on skin health.
Outside the office, Erin enjoys time with her husband, their 13-year-old daughter, and their dog, Whiskie. She also loves traveling and golfing, always ready for her next adventure, whether it’s on the green or in a new destination.
Danielle Weidner, Licensed Esthetician
Danielle has been working in esthetics for eight years, but her passion for skincare truly took root in 2017. She loves helping people discover ways to boost their confidence and feel good in their own skin. She’s endlessly curious about skin health and enjoys teaching others simple, effective ways to take care of themselves.
Her specialties include customizable laser treatments, chemical peels, and advanced facials including HydraFacial and DiamondGlow. She also enjoys assisting the doctors with injectable procedures, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both medical and cosmetic treatments.
Danielle’s favorite skincare brand is SkinBetter Science, a line she trusts wholeheartedly. “I’ve seen firsthand how well it works, not just for my patients, but for myself. The results are noticeable, the formulas feel amazing, and I love that it’s backed by science.”
To stay ahead in the ever-changing world of skincare, Danielle regularly attends advanced training and webinars, keeps up with new research and product launches, and connects with fellow professionals on social media to share insights and trends.
Her best skincare advice? Stay consistent and be patient. Real results take time, and daily SPF is a must, even on cloudy days or when you’re indoors. She also emphasizes the importance of hydration: “Drink your water, and make sure your skincare includes hydrating ingredients. When your skin is properly hydrated, everything just works better: your glow, your texture, even how products absorb better.”
Danielle’s own self-care ritual centers on a calming evening skincare routine, a chance to unwind and reset. She also loves treating herself to a good mask or facial.
Outside of work, Danielle is a proud mom to two daughters who fill her life with joy, laughter, and dance parties in the living room. They inspire her every day to be her best, both at home and in her practice.
